&lt;LI&gt;Carry out investigations into unexplained cash discrepancies 
&lt;LI&gt;Monitor cash handling errors and provide support/guidance in reducing cash shorts in line with Company overs &amp;amp; shorts target 
&lt;LI&gt;Support self-assessment audits in store 
&lt;LI&gt;Conduct the relevant training for newly hired personnel in accordance with the Loss Prevention section of the stores induction 
&lt;LI&gt;Conduct daily checks of security equipment such as CCTV, EAS, and intruder alarms, to ensure that maximum coverage and protection is provided 
&lt;LI&gt;Conduct store walks on an ongoing basis, checking exits and other areas of vulnerability 
&lt;LI&gt;Ensure effective communication channels exist between the loss prevention and other store teams 
&lt;LI&gt;Support the Business Support Department in delivering stock loss initiatives within the store&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;
