Tony Pass
Tony joined TJs in October 2005 as General Manager in Newport – our first ‘out of town’ store. Having worked with Woolworths and Toys R Us, Tony felt it was time for a new challenge. After overseeing the opening of the new store, Tony got to grips with managing his team his way – a freedom he feels is key to the outstanding successes he and his team achieved. These achievements were recognised when he moved to Bristol to open the second out of town store for the Company in May 2006, where he remained until September 2007, when he was promoted to the role of Regional Manager for the South West.
