Kevin Reilly
Position: Line Manager - Menswear and Accessories
Kevin started his career with TJ Hughes in December 1993 as a Christmas Temp. In 1994 he was made a full-time Stock Processor in the Household Department, just as the department expanded into bigger premises. By 1997, Kevin had been promoted to Section Head on the Household line, taking charge of a team of people for the first time.
The organisation continued to expand, and by 2000 Kevin was promoted to the position of Line Manager in Accessories, where he has responsibility for a team of 18. Proof that there’s no limit to what you can do at TJ Hughes!
