Position: Line Manager - Menswear and Accessories
I started my career with TJ Hughes in December 1993 as a Christmas Temp. In 1994 I was made a full-time Stock Processor in the Household Department, just as the department expanded into bigger premises. By 1997, I’d been promoted to Section Head on the Household line, taking charge of a team of people for the first time.
The organisation continued to expand, and in 2000 I was promoted to the position of Line Manager in Accessories, where I was responsible for a team of 18 - proof that there's no limit to what you can do at TJ Hughes!
