If you have correctly submitted your details and you are still not being allowed to login then it
is likely that you have your cookies disabled. A cookie is a simple temporary file that
is stored on your computer allowing you to login as a registered candidate. Without a cookie the
website has no way of knowing who you are. If you have your web browser set to disable cookies then
you will still be able to use this site, but you won't be able to log in.
Enabling cookies is an easy process that is outlined below:
To active cookies in Microsoft Explorer 6 and later
- Select Internet Options from the Tools menu
- Click the Privacy tab
- Click the Default button if it is enabled
- Click OK
To activate cookies in Mozilla Firefox
- Select Options from the Tools menu
- Click the Privacy option
- Click the Cookies option in the central pane
- Check the Allow sites to set cookies checkbox
- Click OK
